Here is what I did today:
Jump Training: Knee Jumps 3×5
Ankle Jumps 3×12
Vertical Bounds 3×12
Hurdle Bounds 3×12 (36in hurdle)
Lateral Hurdle Jumps 3×12 (24in hurdle)
Horizontal Push Training:
Suspended Push ups 1xAMAP (5 seconds down, 2 seconds pause, 5 seconds up)
Flat DB Flys 1xAMAP (5 seconds down, 2 seconds pause, 5 seconds up)
Core Training: Plank on Stability Ball (60 seconds)
Valslide Push Aways (15 each side)
Knee Drives on Stability Ball (15 each side)
Prone Jackknife on Stability Ball (10 reps)
Tabata Conditioning Training: Jumprope + Punches (30 turns and 30 punches) 4 rounds
