Here is what Jon and I did today (after a nice, refreshing two days off - yes recovery is that important!)

Bench Press 1×6 90’s

Pullups 1×9 35#’s around waist

Shoulder Press 1×9 65’s

1-arm DB Row 1×10 95’s

Pushup + Jackknife and Reverse Lunge with Cable Row (BW and 60#’s) 6 reps of each for 10:00. Completed 8 rounds

Squat + Push Press and Chinups (30’s and BW) 6 reps of each for 10:00. Completed 8 rounds

DL/RomDL/BentRow/HighPull/HangClean/FrontSquat/Press/BackSquat - complex 2 reps of each, do all exercises before setting the bar down. 5 rounds in 5:00
