My Workouts

Here is what Jon and I did yesterday:

Incline Barbell Bench Press 1×5 190

Wide Grip Pullups 1×10 BW

Push Press 1×7 185

Standing Face Pull 1×15 50

Romanian DL and Stability Ball Crunch (135 and +10) 12 reps of each for 10:00. Completed 6 rounds

Forward Lunge (weights held overhead) and Dumbbell Swings (15’s and 45) 12 reps of each for 10:00. Completed 4 rounds

DL/RomDL/BentRow/HighPull/HangClean/FrontSquat/Press/BackSquat - complex 2 reps of each, do all exercises before setting the bar down. 6 rounds in 6:00

Here is what Jon and I did today:

Tennis match

Sprints (50 yard sprint + 100 yard walk/recovery) x 6
