Monday:Hang High Pull 145×5 155×5 165×5

Barbell Flat Bench Press 205×5x4 165×13

1-arm Standing Row 110×6 120×6 100×18

Split Jerk 185×6 155×9

Pullups +30×9 BWx8

Cardio: Stairstepper Level 7 30:00 157 floors climbed

Tuesday:

Jump Training - Knee Jumps +5’s 3×6

Squat Jumps +45 3×6

Lunge Jumps +45 3×6

Hurdle Jumps +5’s 3×6 (36in hurdle)

Straight Leg Ankle Jumps + 5’s 3×6

Core Training: Ball Plank 2×60sec

Valslide Push Aways 2×15

Ball Mountain Climbers 2×15

Wednesday: Deadlift 305 Chinup +45 Decline Bench Press 85’s 8 rounds of 3 reps each exercise with 30 seconds break between each exercise

Cardio: Stationary Bike Level 6 >13mph pace for 30:00
