My Workouts
Yesterday I had an excellent workout with my bud Tom - here is what we did:
1-Arm Bench Press 70#’s, Goblet Squat 70#’s, Hurdle Jumps (24/36in hurdle), Pull-ups, and Deadlifts 185#’s - We did this workout in a circuit using the 10/9/8/7/6/5/4/3/2/1 rep scheme.
Today:
I rowed 5,000 meters on the concept 2 rower in 24:17 (2:26 average per 500 meters)
