My Workouts

Took yesterday off, Tom and I had an awesome, yet tough workout this morning:

Bent-over Row, Upright Row, Hang Cleans, Shoulder Press, Bicep Curls with Hanging Pushups and 250 meter row.  Each rounds was 6 reps of each exercise (12 for hanging pushups), we did rounds of 75, 85, 95, and 105.  After a short break we did Manmakers, Turkish Get-ups and Bear Crawls.  I used 20# dumbbells and we did 1/10, 2/9, 3/8 etc. rep scheme for the MM’s and TGU’s we did 1 bear crawl down and back at the end of each round.
