My Workouts

Here are my workouts for the week:

Monday: Treadmill Intervals walk 40 seconds 3.0 mph run 20 seconds 11.0 mph for 20:00

Strength: 30 Handstand Pushups, 4o Pullups, 50 swings (55#), 60 situps, 70 burpees, Overhead hold (45#), 10:00 of DB Snatches 140 reps @40#

Tuesday: Shoulder feels “tweaked” from the Monday workout - going to rest it for the rest of the week so more cardio for me - Bike Level 6 for 25:00 @>15MPH

Wednesday: OFF

Thursday: Elliptical Interval 40 seconds Level 1 and 20 seconds Level 6 for 20:00
