New Goals
Now that I have turn 30, I have new goals for my workouts. Goal 1: Get leaner - I am doing this by consuming NO MORE than 1800 calories a day for six days and then have a “metabolism booster day” for day 7 (no rules on calorie consumption for that day).
Goal 2: Increase strength - I am doing this by lifting at/above 85% of my one rep max for all compound lifts.
Goals 3: Increase strength and size of horizontal pushing muscles. I have added two additional exercises at the end of each workout to accomplish this goal.
Here is my workout from Monday:

DB Bench Press supersetted with no rest with Incline DB Flys 85’sx6/40’sx6; 85’sx4/40’sx6; 80’sx5/40’sx6; 75’sx4/40’sx6
